Job Summary
Fleet & DOT Program Administrator manages the DOT program to ensure every driver is compliant with Federal, State and Company requirements; administers driver files and training modules; controls access to ELD devices; reviews HOS violation reports; guides onboarding paperwork for DOT drivers; tracks licenses and medical certificates; coordinates with IT/HR/Stores on hires/terminations; prepares FMCA/UCR/state reports; manages fuel-card processes; analyzes fleet programs for leadership; serves as backup to the Program Director for repairs, transfers, registrations, and inspections.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma equivalent
- DOT and Safety Certificates or requisite experience preferred
