Job Summary
Dispatch and coordinate drivers, equipment, and loads to meet customer and operational requirements. Maintain accurate scheduling, routing, and fleet activity records. Manage driver communications and provide timely operational updates through satellite messages or calls. Resolve day-to-day operational issues involving drivers, customers, payroll, scheduling, and maintenance. Complete required reporting, documentation, and planning activities. Support training, special projects, and weekend planning as assigned. This position operates on a Continental Shift from 06:00 to 18:00. Dispatch experience is required, along with a proven track record in customer service and problem-solving within a fast-paced environment.
