Job Summary
Conduct preventative maintenance at the shop and customer locations, including oil changes, lift and rail gate servicing, and suspension/steering repairs. Troubleshoot and fix drive train, rear end, transmission, clutch, A/C, and hydraulic brake systems. Perform fuel and electrical diagnostics with limited supervision and accurately complete written work records. Execute California 90-day BIT and Federal USDOT inspections while communicating with drivers and customers regarding DVIRs. Maintain a clean work area per safety SOPs and communicate with drivers and customers regarding DVIRs. Requires 5 to 6+ years of diesel engine repair experience, a valid driver's license, and availability for on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Diesel Mechanic with 4+ years' Experience
- 5 to 6+ years Diesel Engine Repair
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be available for On Call Rotation

- A/C trouble shooting and repair (608 & 609 a plus)
