Job Summary

Design and develop the Tommy's Express fleet and dealership B2B sales program, creating franchise-ready playbooks, pitch materials, and outreach strategies to support execution across the network. Partner with marketing and franchise teams to define target markets, translate strategy into actionable plans, and lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing agreements. Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified fleet and dealership prospects while serving as the primary resource for franchise partners through coaching, training, and guidance on account development. Leverage CRM and automation tools to track outreach and pipeline, coordinate multi-location opportunities, and gather insights to continuously refine the program. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm in a professional office environment with limited travel.

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or equivalent formal training/certifications
  • 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience
