Job Summary
Fleet Deployment Specialist (FDS) role based on-site in Scottsdale, AZ. You will ensure autonomous vehicle readiness and operational excellence through non-routine vehicle logistics, troubleshooting, charging setup, vehicle movement, and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced 24/7 environment. Responsibilities include vehicle launch support, fleet operations (maneuvering/transit of vehicles, charger setup and plug-in cycles), vehicle driving when required, interior/exterior cleaning and sanitation, daily reporting and documentation, safety/compliance adherence, and using proprietary software to monitor vehicle states and communicate updates. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, adherence to SOPs, and continuous learning, with a focus on deploying AVs safely and effectively.
