Fleet Deployment Specialist

Job Summary
Conduct vehicle launch troubleshooting, software updates, and readiness checks while arranging, maneuvering, and transiting vehicles for deployment. Safely operate vehicles on public and private roads for repositioning or service needs, performing interior and exterior cleaning, biohazard removal, and sanitization. Complete daily reports, checklists, and documentation in line with partner safety and operational standards. Uphold safety standards in all tasks inside and outside vehicles while utilizing proprietary software systems to monitor vehicle states and log tasks. Work in a fast-paced, 24/7/365 environment following SOPs and checklists to ensure operational throughput. Maintain coordination, focus, and endurance to handle, clean, and drive vehicles safely and efficiently in alignment with internal and partner standards across all shifts and conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license (must be maintained during employment)
- Clean driving record that meets state AVT (Autonomous Vehicle Tester)
- Must meet state and federal criminal background standards
- Comfortable and confident operating vehicles in both controlled and real-world environments
- Comfortable using modern technology systems, apps, and digital communication platforms
- Ability to respond quickly to changing, high-pressure, or fast-paced environments
- Strong time management, reliability, and commitment to continuous learning
- Work authorization to work and reside in the United States
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and walk for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive motions (scrubbing, wiping, polishing)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Ability to work indoors/outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to maintain coordination, focus, and endurance to handle, clean, and drive vehicles safely and efficiently in alignment with internal and partner standards across all shifts and conditions
- Must undergo pre-employment drug screening
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving history in accordance with insurance carrier's standards
- Must comply with company's drug testing policy
