Coordinate home patient delivery routes across multiple facilities and states, scheduling transportation for up to 45 drivers and 4,800+ customers. Resolve delivery problems, analyze distribution costs, and generate reports to improve database maintenance and department performance. Manage freight transportation alternatives, audit bills, process claims, and coordinate workflow with 3PL partners to ensure accurate staging and checking. Maintain compliance with DOT regulations by managing driver logs, fuel reports, and timecards, while serving as the first point of contact for driver delivery issues. Update order information and communicate with internal teams and external clinics regarding special shipping instructions, returns, and redeliveries.
