Fleet Coordinator (m/w/d)

Coordinate project delivery from order issuance to final handover, acting as the central interface between Fleet, project teams, and other departments. Prepare and optimize project documentation for production while ensuring complete records and proper filing. Manage procurement by determining material needs, overseeing ordering processes, and coordinating with suppliers and warehouse teams. Organize container transports, generate shipping documents, and plan container reuse for future projects. Create calculations for modifications and support capacity planning in close alignment with Fleet Management. Optimize internal processes and work safety while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge. Maintain data in IT systems, utilize ERP and organizational tools, and assist with inventories and ticketing. Mentor trainees at the site and support the Fleet Manager in daily operations.
