Job Summary
Fleet Coordinator responsible for the day-to-day management of the vehicle fleet, ensuring vehicles remain compliant, well-maintained and operationally efficient, while providing administrative support across multiple departments. Key duties include coordinating servicing, MOTs, repairs, vehicle changeovers, inspections, record-keeping, handling accident/damage reports with insurers, monitoring tax/insurance/licence checks, managing fuel cards, tracking charges (ULEZ/congestion/tolls), supporting procurement and disposals, and producing regular fleet reports. Administrative duties include preparing documents, coordinating meetings, taking minutes, supporting compliance and training, and assisting with monthly credit card reconciliations. Ideal candidate is highly organised, able to balance multiple priorities, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
