Job Summary
Coordinate and track maintenance, repairs, inspections, and service requirements for fleet vehicles and equipment while monitoring fuel card transactions and managing purchase orders for parts. Support scheduling of preventative maintenance, review pre-use inspections, and ensure reported deficiencies are documented and addressed in a timely manner. Act as the key point of coordination between the shop, field teams, vendors, and management to reduce downtime and ensure equipment remains work-ready. Maintain accurate digital records in Samsara and support compliance with safety requirements and regulatory standards. This role supports operational excellence across our diverse construction, industrial, and resource-sector projects.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in fleet coordination, maintenance administration, parts coordination, procurement, dispatch, or a related role
- Experience in construction, civil works, mining, transportation, equipment rental, or heavy industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and digital tracking systems
- Experience with purchase orders, invoices, vendor coordination, and basic cost tracking
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
- Experience with Samsara or similar fleet management systems
- Practical understanding of equipment, vehicles, maintenance, or construction operations
