Job Summary
Coordinate vehicle assignments, transfers, and reassignments while maintaining accurate fleet inventory, records, and driver assignments. Process new vehicle deliveries, disposals, sales, and lease returns, and manage registrations, titles, and insurance documentation. Schedule preventative maintenance, review repair estimates, and track vehicle downtime with regular status updates. Serve as the primary administrative liaison between internal departments, drivers, vendors, and service providers to resolve routine issues and support fleet projects. Assist with vehicle onboarding, offboarding, and rental utilization tracking.
