Fleet Coordinator - Delhi (contractual)

Job Summary
Coordinate driver and host schedules with bus partners and manage bus assignments, including arranging alternates for breakdowns and shifting passengers. Serve as the primary contact between team coordinators and the Multiplicator team while coordinating with traffic control for daily issues and monitoring route deviations. Track violations, generate operational reports, and provide insights for route adjustments and stop coordinate updates. Initiate background verification processes and ensure boarding point handouts are completed. Vigilantly monitor operations to report illicit activities and review processes for improvements. Requires flexibility for 24/7 shifts and regular travel across North India.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering graduate
- 3-4 years' hands-on experience in intercity travels operations company
- logistics /last mile operations
- Team player

- Ability to analyse data and identify trends to improve operational efficiency
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- flexible of working in shifts (24/7)
- Strong geographical knowledge of North India
