Job Summary
Conduct daily safety compliance monitoring by tracking driver hours of service logs, analyzing dashcam video events, and utilizing Motive telematics systems to identify and track violations. Enforce DOT, Osha, and FMCSA regulations while assisting the Safety Director in developing plans to promote a safer work culture and executing accident investigation analyses. Support driver training on technology systems and company policies, ensuring strict adherence to US and Canada hours of service rules and Data Q/CSA score requirements. Maintain high confidentiality and professionalism while addressing fleet concerns timely. Join a leader in live event production with over 50 years of industry experience.
Required Qualifications
- deep understanding of complex transportation regulations
- Knowledge of US and Canada hours of service rules
- Understanding of Data Q's, CSA Scores
- Must be able to learn Upstaging's Standard Operating Procedures
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Must be able to stay compliant with all DOT, Osha, FMCSA and company regulations and policies
- Must be able to monitor driver's hours of service logs
- Must be able to assist Safety Director to develop and execute plans to promote a safer work culture
- Must be able to help prepare and enforce policies
- Must be able to evaluate practices, procedures and make sure they are best practices
- Must be able to help with accident/ incident investigations and analysis
- Must be able to address concerns and issues in a timely appropriate manner
- Must be able to help fleet of drivers understand the technology systems we use, such as Motive
- Must be able to help manager with training, integration, processes, and procedures
- Must be able to fully utilize Motive telematics systems
- Must be able to assist drivers with ELD issues
- Must be able to track driver violations and improvement
- Must be able to analyze dashcam video events
