Job Summary
Fleet Services Coordinator II at Cox Fleet provides end-to-end coordination of maintenance transactions from origination to customer custody of the repair technician.Responsibilities include timely documentation in Cox Fleet systems, delivering professional customer service, obtaining customer approvals for repairs, proactively scheduling preventative maintenance to drive repeat business, coordinating with Field Operations to assign the right technicians, and developing dispatching/service scheduling capabilities. The role requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, organization, and proficiency with Excel and fleet-related software (FSCA IT Systems, Web Wrench, MobileFrame, RO Writer). The position offers hybrid work (remote part of the week) and an hourly base pay with potential incentives/commission; travel is not emphasized beyond normal field coordination. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years’ related field experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate with Field Operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Excel and data-entry; ability to learn new platforms (FSCA IT Systems, Web Wrench, MobileFrame, RO Writer)
