Job Summary
Manage the follow-up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination until customer custody, ensuring timely and accurate documentation in all Cox Fleet systems. Assist with billing processes across all area markets while obtaining customer approval for repairs and services. Proactively contact clients to schedule preventative maintenance and partner with Field Operations to assign the right technicians, driving repeat business and creating a consistent work pipeline. Maintain positive customer rapport for internal and external calls while continuously developing company capabilities in dispatching and service scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3 years' experience in a related field
- Any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline
- Up to 1 year of experience (when holding a degree/certification)
- 5 years' experience in a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
- Proven track record to collaborate cross-functionally, build positive relationships and become a trusted partner to relevant cross functional partners
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to balance a variety of tasks
- Strong Excel and data entry skills
- Ability to learn new platforms
- Common knowledge of the trucking industry
- Experience with fleet maintenance
- Other transportation experience in automotive/trucking
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Highly organized
- Exceptional follow-through abilities
- 20% of the work will be at the physical office
- Must clear a pre-employment drug test
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship
