Job Summary
Rental Fleet Claims Supervisor responsible for generating body and glass damage estimates, taking photos of damages, preparing accurate repair estimates and coordinating with repair vendors, and coordinating the claims process to ensure the fleet meets company standards and cost guidelines. Maintains detailed records of damages, estimates, and claims while communicating with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 incidents/accidents in the last 3 years
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- Experience in writing automotive damage estimation, claims processing, or fleet management
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors
- Familiarity with rental car operations is a plus
