Job Summary

Install and configure aftermarket automotive electronics, including GPS trackers, dash cameras, remote start systems, and fleet telematics devices in cars, trucks, and semis. Deliver high-quality workmanship from start to finish, maintain accurate job documentation, and coordinate with the Quality Control team to review project scope and expectations before beginning each assignment. Communicate professionally with customers at job sites while utilizing DRIG's systems to manage accepted jobs and upload required details. Perform installations in accordance with applicable safety and compliance standards to reduce return visits.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience installing aftermarket automotive electronics in vehicles, including GPS trackers, dash cameras, car audio systems, remote starts, alarms, and vehicle lighting.
  • Solid understanding of 12-volt vehicle wiring.
  • Ability to supply your own tools and materials necessary to complete professional installations.
  • Reliable vehicle to travel to customer locations as needed.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Smartphone or tablet to access job details, submit documentation, verify installations, and communicate as needed.
  • Contractors must be able to pass a background and drug screening.

Desired Qualifications

  • MECP certification is a plus, but not required.
