Job Summary
Manage daily fleet inventory checks to ensure accurate vehicle tracking and prepare new vehicles for rental by handling documentation, spare keys, and inventory tagging. Assist the Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance and repairs, obtaining estimates, and coordinating with dealerships and body shops. Support accident reporting, subrogation tasks, and coordinate tag registrations and renewals for all vehicles while verifying equipment completeness during disposal preparations. Work 40 hours per week including day or evening shifts with up to 10% travel, wearing a company uniform. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year experience performing administrative tasks in an office environment
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Willingness to work day or evening shifts
- Open to travel (5-10%)
