Job Summary
Fleet Assistant at SIXT responsible for daily fleet inventory checks, vehicle tracking, and supporting the Fleet Manager with maintenance scheduling, repairs estimates, and coordination with dealerships and body shops. Will prepare new vehicles for rental (documentation, spare keys, tagging), assist with vehicle disposal (condition reports, equipment completeness), and support accident reporting and tag registrations/renewals for all vehicles.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- at least 1 year experience performing administrative tasks in an office environment automotive dealership, vehicle registration, or car rental industry experience preferred
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
- able to work 40 hours per week
- some travel 5-10% (including by airplane)
- uniform wearing
- ability to speak other languages is a plus
