Job Summary
Plan driver routes via zonal or manual routing and assist the Station Head in managing daily parcel processing and delivery activities. Support station operations by monitoring routes, updating systems, handling COD banking, and maintaining station infrastructure and cleanliness. Ensure all documents are properly kept, comply with Standard Operating Procedures, and adhere to the Ninjavan Code of Conduct, QMS, OHS, and GDPMD requirements. Participate in relevant training and safety programs while taking care of personal and others' safety. Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to support smooth fleet operations across the station.
Required Qualifications
- Aged 18–45 years
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management and ability to multitask
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, disciplined, and a team player with a positive attitude
- Committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence
Desired Qualifications
- Prior working experience is an advantage but not mandatory
