Job Summary
Plan driver routes via zonal or manual methods and assist the Station Head in managing daily parcel processing and delivery activities. Support station operations by monitoring routes, updating systems, handling COD banking, and maintaining infrastructure cleanliness. Ensure all documents are properly updated and comply with Standard Operating Procedures, Ninjavan Code of Conduct, and Quality Policies. Participate in QMS, OHS, and GDPMD training programs while prioritizing personal and team safety. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong time management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Required Qualifications
- Aged 18–45 years
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management and ability to multitask
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, disciplined, and a team player with a positive attitude
- Committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence
Desired Qualifications
