Job Summary
Fleet & Asset Officer responsible for managing the organization’s fleet of vehicles and motorized equipment, supervising drivers and technical staff, planning preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal. Key duties include coordinating vehicle movements, monitoring fuel and parts usage, maintaining fleet systems (GlidGo, Fleet 360, eAssets), producing periodic management reports with KPI insights, coordinating with programmes, safety, and finance teams, and ensuring availability for emergency response and field missions.
