Job Summary
Manage facilities and fleet operations across multiple office locations and a warehouse, overseeing maintenance, repairs, preventative service programs, and vendor relationships. Own Asset Panda administration, asset tracking, reporting, and accountability while handling fleet registration, insurance, compliance, and replacement planning. Coordinate office moves, workspace planning, and facility improvements, including building access and security systems. Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive operational efficiency through fleet staging and vehicle positioning. Requires 5+ years of facilities, fleet, or operations management experience with Asset Panda proficiency. Occasional travel and limited after-hours support may be required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of facilities, fleet, asset, or operations management experience
- Experience with Asset Panda or similar asset management platforms
- Strong understanding of maintenance, vendor management, fleet operations, and compliance
- Comfortable leveraging technology to improve efficiency and accountability
- A self-starter who takes ownership and drives solutions through completion
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Occasional travel between locations
- Limited after-hours support
