Job Summary
Oversee company-owned distribution fleet and EHS operations across 125 locations to ensure uniform adherence to prescribed practices. Manage incident reporting, safety committees, and audits while driving continuous improvement through coaching and metrics. Lead driver and warehouse safety, forklift certification, DOT compliance, and telematics monitoring. Coordinate vehicle and forklift purchasing negotiations with OEMs and manage vendor payments through AP. Assist the Head of Fleet and EHS on branch operations, employee onboarding, and lease management. Requires 5+ years in store operations/logistics with a focus on safety and quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years' experience in store operations and logistics
- emphasis in Safety and Quality in business operations
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel
