Job Summary
Monitor, evaluate, and optimize vehicle and equipment operations by analyzing fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, lifecycle costs, and asset utilization to reduce corporate expenses and ensure regulatory compliance. Collect and evaluate operational fleet data including fuel usage, driver behaviors, and idling times while utilizing fleet software and platforms such as Geotab, Samsara, or Fleetio. Generate analytics reporting using advanced Excel functions and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. This role offers real exposure to finance, operations, and growth for a high-capacity student or recent graduate in Finance or Accounting.
Required Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate at (Finance, Accounting)
- Strong in Excel (you know your way around formulas and pivots)
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- High ownership / low ego
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Willing to be in-office and engaged with the team
- Proficient with fleet tracking platforms (e.g., Geotab, Samsara, Fleetio), advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables), and data visualization software (Tableau or Power BI)
- You currently live in the Orlando, Fl area
