Job Summary
Fleet Administrator to oversee safety inspections and audits, maintain vehicle records to meet regulatory requirements, coordinate vehicle leases, purchases, and disposals, conduct quarterly fleet surveys, and support branch operations with fleet reporting and expense monitoring. Requires an Associates Degree or equivalent work experience, Class C Driver's License, DMV knowledge, and experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AS400, SAP, BTN, and vehicle regulations; strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills; attention to detail. The role emphasizes problem-solving, cross-department collaboration, and ensuring vehicles remain safe, compliant, and ready for daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
- Class C Driver's License and insurable by company standards
- Experience in a similar role or closely aligned industry
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Prior DMV knowledge (local and state a plus)
