Job Summary
Fleet Administrator responsible for preparing quarterly IFTA fuel tax reports for multiple jurisdictions, maintaining vehicle and billing records, assisting with IFTA audits, coordinating with drivers and fuel vendors, and analyzing fuel consumption and mileage data to improve workflows. Maintains documentation and invoices, supports regulatory compliance, and stays current on safety trainings; requires strong communication, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid IL driver's license with clean driving record
- At least two years of related experience with IFTA compliance, invoicing, billing or reporting requirements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
