Job Summary
Fleet Administrator responsible for creating and processing purchase orders in Sage, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoicing and PO discrepancies, tracking fleet expenses and inventory levels, maintaining fleet records and reports, supporting inventory counts and replenishment planning, preparing recurring reports, and supporting WIP meetings. Requires experience with purchase orders, ERP systems (Sage/Smartsheet/Excel), strong organizational and communication skills, and preferred bilingual (English/Spanish) capability. Collaborates with Fleet, Shop, Purchasing, Accounting, and Operations to support daily fleet operations and ongoing process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative, fleet, purchasing, accounting, or related experience preferred.
- Experience creating purchase orders and working within accounting or ERP systems preferred.
- Experience with Sage, Excel, Smartsheet, or fleet management systems preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
