Job Summary
Fleet Administrator will join a team to enhance fleet operations ensuring a safe, fit-for-purpose and available fleet. Responsibilities include maintaining fleet databases and vehicle tracking, updating maintenance schedules (servicing and MOTs), liaising with the vehicle tracking provider, reviewing weekly vehicle check reports, preparing month vehicle road tax documentation, informing managers of incomplete van safety checks, ordering fuel cards, running fuel spend and mileage reports, ensuring driving licence checks are completed, administering parking penalties and accidents, maintaining the Hire Vehicle database, and supporting the Fleet Services Manager with supply chain management and attendance at operational review meetings. The role requires strong administrative and stakeholder engagement skills, the ability to prioritise workload, excellent customer service, teamwork and autonomy, and a full driving licence; adherence to health, safety and environmental policies is expected.
