Fleet Account Representative

Job Summary
Call on assigned fleet accounts to maintain open communication regarding customer requirements and resolve parts, warranty, or service issues using all available resources. Assist the Sales Manager with truck specifications, pre-bills, change orders, and new truck paperwork while coordinating delivery and trade receipt processes. Keep departments informed on customer needs and refer complaints or opportunities to proper managers. Stay updated on new products and marketing techniques to assist in sales efforts and achieve full market penetration. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. This safety-sensitive role requires a CDL and broad knowledge of Kenworth services, products, and marketing techniques.
Required Qualifications
- Broad knowledge of Company's services, products and marketing techniques
- Product knowledge
- CDL required
- Safety-sensitive position requirements (operating, repairing, maintaining, or monitoring heavy equipment, machinery, aircraft, motorized watercraft, or motor vehicles, or handling hazardous materials and/or waste)
Desired Qualifications
- Prospector Knowledge & Computer Skills preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
