Job Summary
Deliver results while putting the customer first and applying an omni-channel mindset. Build relationships with customers, team members, and business partners. Act as a Rhone product knowledge expert educating customers on features and benefits. Assess individual needs to provide product recommendations. Support all areas of the selling floor, including fitting rooms and point of sale. Assist with replenishment, visual standards, and other operational tasks. Take initiative by jumping in on any task, asking questions, and sharing ideas. Demonstrate inclusive behavior across the team and customers. Available for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of two 4-hour shifts weekly. Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality, lift 25 pounds, and be comfortable climbing ladders and standing for extended periods. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and 18 years or older.
Required Qualifications
