Conduct OTR flatbed freight operations with consistent 2,500-3,000 miles per week across reliable lanes. Maintain a safe driving record to qualify for a monthly 4CPM bonus and tarp pay. Operate modern equipment equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerators while adhering to company safety and integrity standards. Earn a $2,500 sign-on bonus and $1,000 orientation pay upon acceptance. Enjoy flexible home time options, including weekly or bi-weekly schedules depending on location.
