Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A driver role with home weekends and guaranteed earnings: earn a $1,200 weekly minimum (1,800+ miles) with potential for $90K per year, plus a $1,500 signing bonus and $1,100 orientation pay. Onboarding includes two weeks: one week of paid orientation in Birmingham and one week driving with a flatbed instructor. Freight is 40% drop+hook; 40% loads do not require tarping. Benefits include health/dental/vision/life insurance, 401k with match, rider program, and referral bonuses. Training available to new flatbed drivers during a two-week onboarding. Required Qualifications
- CDL A license
- 12 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience
