Flatbed Truck Driver role with Boyd Bros. requires a valid CDL-A and 12 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience; must be at least 22. Earn $1,200 weekly minimum with bonuses, up to $90,000/year for top drivers, plus a $1,500 signing bonus and $1,100 orientation pay. Be home every weekend with a schedule designed for returning home. Freight is 40% drop+hook and 40% of loads do not require tarping. Two-week onboarding includes paid orientation in Birmingham, followed by hands-on training with a flatbed instructor.
