Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A truck driver role with Boyd Bros. earns top drivers up to $90K/year with a $1,200 weekly minimum when running 1,800+ miles; onboarding pay of $1,500 and orientation pay of $1,100. Home every weekend with a rhythm that supports earning and living well. Freight is primarily drop+hook (40%) and 40% loads do not require tarping. One-week paid orientation in Birmingham followed by two weeks of hands-on flatbed instruction.
