Job Summary
CDL-A Flatbed Driver role with weekend home time and clear earnings upside: earn a guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,200 when running 1,800+ miles, with top drivers earning up to $90,000 per year. Onboarding includes a $1,500 signing bonus plus $1,100 orientation pay; onboarding spans two weeks (paid $2,000 during onboarding). Freight mix includes 40% drop+hook and 40% loads that do not require tarping. Training includes one week of paid orientation in Birmingham, followed by a second week with a flatbed instructor.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL A license
- 12 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience
