Flatbed CDL-A Driver opportunity with Boyd Bros. earns a strong annual income with a guaranteed weekly minimum and bonus structure: $1,200 weekly minimum when averaging 1,800+ miles, up to around $90k per year, plus a $1,500 sign-on and $1,100 orientation pay. Home every weekend with an onboarding period at Birmingham, two weeks of paid onboarding, and one week of paid orientation. Freight consists of 40% drop & hook and 40% loads not requiring tarping; late-model Kenworth tractors; comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision/life, 401k match, and rider program. Requires a valid CDL-A and 12 months OTR experience; driver will be 22 or older.
