Flatbed Truck Driver position with Boyd Bros. drives flatbed tractors/trailers, 40% drop & hook, 40% loads not requiring tarping; 1,800+ miles driving on a rhythm that gets you home every weekend. Start with $1,500 signing bonus and $1,100 orientation pay; earn $1,200 weekly minimum and $1,400-$2,200 per week depending on miles. Orientation performed in Birmingham for two weeks; two-week onboarding earns $2,000. Benefits include health/dental/vision/life insurance, 401k with match, rider program, and late-model Kenworth tractors. Requires CDL-A license, 12 months of verifiable OTR experience, and be at least 22 years old. Home-time/weekend schedule emphasized.
