Job Summary
Flatbed Driver at Boyd Bros. responsible for hauling freight with CDL-A, home every weekend, and payStructure including a $1,200 weekly minimum when running 1,800+ miles, plus a $1,500 signing bonus and an additional $1,100 orientation pay. Onboarding includes two weeks of paid training (one week in Birmingham with a flatbed instructor). Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance options, 401k with company match, rider program, and a $1,000 referral bonus. Freight composition includes 40% drop & hook and 40% loads not requiring tarping, enabling drivers to focus on the road. Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL A license
- 12 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience
