Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A Driver needed to haul freight with Boyd Bros. Enjoy home time every weekend, with pay that starts at a $1,200 weekly minimum and potential to earn up to $90,000 annually. Onboarding bonuses include a $1,500 sign-on plus $1,100 paid after orientation; onboarding includes two weeks of paid training in Birmingham with a flatbed instructor. Fleet uses late-model Kenworth tractors; freight mix includes 40% drop+hook and 40% loads that do not require tarping. Benefits include health/dental/vision/life insurance, 401k with match, rider program, and referral bonuses. Start with one week of paid orientation, then drive with an instructor to build skills.
