Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A driver position with Boyd Bros. focused on home weekends, steady earnings, and onboarding bonuses. Earn a minimum of $1,200 weekly when running 1,800+ miles, with most drivers earning roughly $1,400–$2,200 per week. Top drivers can reach up to about $90,000 per year. Includes a $1,500 signing bonus and an additional $1,100 orientation completion pay. Two-week onboarding (one week paid orientation in Birmingham, followed by instructor-led second week). Freight consists of 40% drop & hook and 40% non-tarped loads to minimize handling. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401k with match, rider program, and late-model Kenworth tractors.
Required Qualifications
- CDL-A license
- 12 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience
- Must be at least 22 years of age
