Earn $1,200 weekly minimum when running 1,800+ miles; most drivers earn $1,400-$2,200 per week, with top drivers up to $90,000 per year. Welcome onboarding bonuses: $1,500 signing bonus plus $1,100 orientation pay. Start with one week of paid orientation in Birmingham, then a second week with a flatbed instructor. 40% drop+hook freight; 40% loads not requiring tarping.
