Job Summary
CDL-A Flatbed Driver with Boyd Bros. seeks drivers to haul freight with a home-every-weekend rhythm. Earn a minimum of $1,200 weekly (with 1,800+ miles) and top drivers up to around $90,000 per year; additional onboarding/orientation pay of $1,100 and a $1,500 signing bonus. Onboard in Birmingham, spend two weeks in onboarding to build skills, with flatbed instruction included. Freight mix includes 40% drop+hook and many loads do not require tarping. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, 401k with match, rider program, and late-model Kenworth tractors. Requirements: valid CDL-A, 12 months verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience, and at least 22 years old.
