Job Summary
CDL-A Flatbed Driver role with weekly minimum pay of $1,200 and potential annual earnings up to $90,000. Home every weekend with a rhythm that supports home time. Onboarding in Birmingham (two-week onboarding with $2,000 total onboarding-related pay: $1,500 signing bonus and $1,100 orientation completion pay). Freight consists of 40% drop+hook with 40% loads not requiring tarping, enabling drivers to focus on the road. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance options, 401k with company match, rider program, and late-model Kenworth tractors. No flatbed experience required to start; one week of paid orientation followed by a second week with a flatbed instructor. Applications accepted on an ongoing basis.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL A license
- 12 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience
