Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A Driver needed to haul freight with a home-every-weekend rhythm. Earn a minimum of $1,200 weekly (about $62,400/year) with potential to reach up to $90,000/year. Onboarding pay includes a $1,500 sign-on bonus and $1,100 orientation pay. Orientation-first onboarding in Birmingham followed by two weeks of flatbed instruction, then solo driving. Freight mix includes 40% drop & hook and 40% loads not requiring tarping. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, 401k, rider program, and referral bonus. Top pay and bonuses vary by job type, location, experience, and performance. Must have a valid CDL-A, 12 months of verifiable OTR experience, and be at least 22 years old.
