CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver – Boyd Bros. earns up to $90,000/year with a $1,200 weekly minimum when driving 1,800+ miles; most drivers earn $1,400-$2,200 per week. Includes a $1,500 signing bonus and $1,100 orientation pay, plus 401k, health/dental/vision insurance, rider program, and referral bonus. Onboarding includes two weeks of paid training in Birmingham (earn $2,000 during onboarding). Freight is 40% drop+hook and 40% not involving tarping; drivers are home every weekend.
