Flatbed CDL-A driver role with Boyd Bros. offering 1,800+ miles weekly and a guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,200 plus bonuses. Earn a $1,500 signing bonus and $1,100 orientation pay; top drivers may earn up to $90,000 annually. Home every weekend with a rhythm that supports earnings and work-life balance. Freight consists of 40% drop+hook with 40% loads not requiring tarping. New hires complete one week of paid orientation in Birmingham, then a second week with a flatbed instructor, earning $2,000 during onboarding. Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL A license
