Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed driver role with home every weekend and opportunities for earnings growth. Earn a $1,200 weekly minimum when running 1,800+ miles, plus $1,500 signing bonus and $1,100 orientation completion pay. Most drivers earn $1,400-$2,200 per week. Onboarding includes two weeks: one week of paid orientation in Birmingham, followed by a second week of driver-instructor training. Fleet uses late-model Kenworth tractors; benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, 401k with company match, rider program, and referral bonuses. Freight mix includes 40% drop+hook and 40% non-tarped loads; emphasis on home time, safety, and reliable earnings.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL A license
- 12 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience
