Flatbed CDL-A Driver role with Boyd Bros. offering $1,200 weekly minimum (based on 1,800+ miles) and up to $90,000/year, plus $1,500 signing bonus and $1,100 orientation pay. Onboarding includes two weeks of paid orientation in Birmingham, then training with a flatbed instructor. Home every weekend with a rhythm that emphasizes home time. Freight includes 40% drop+hook and 40% loads not requiring tarping; benefits include health/dental/vision/life insurance, 401k with match, rider program, and referral bonus. Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL A license
- 12 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience
