Job Summary
Flatbed Truck Driver needed at Boyd Bros. CDL-A required; enjoy home-time each weekend with paid onboarding and signing bonuses. Earn a guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,200 plus bonuses, with most drivers averaging $1,400–$2,200 per week, and top drivers up to about $90,000 annually. Onboarding includes $1,500 signing bonus and $1,100 orientation pay; two-week onboarding in Birmingham followed by flatbed instruction. Freight mix includes 40% drop & hook and many loads do not require tarping, allowing focus on the road. Health/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k) with match, rider program, and other driver-friendly benefits. Requires CDL-A and 12 months of verifiable OTR experience; must be at least 22 years old.
